Marcus Eytcheson
Marcus has spent most of his life in the construction industry, gaining experience on various crews, working in sales for different contractors, and eventually creating Local Roofing. He is now focused on training, supporting, and managing the team here. Outside of roofing, Marcus has a strong passion for investing in rural community businesses and real estate opportunities. He is married to his wife, Alisa, and together they have three young children: Edwin, Esme, and Elon.

Meet Jess, our dedicated integrator! She has been with Local Roofing since day one and plays a vital role in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Jess handles all the essential tasks that keep our operations efficient and organized. When she’s not working hard to support the team, she enjoys spending time with her children and exploring new places through travel. Her commitment and passion are truly the backbone of our success.

Zach Johnston
Zach, the Operations Manager at Local Roofing, oversees projects, coordinates deliveries, and ensures a smooth roofing schedule. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and fishing.
Sales Manager
Jose Lopez
José Lopez is the Sales Manager for Local Roofing, overseeing the Sales Teams at Fairmont Roofing, Albert Lea Roofing, and Hayward Roofing. With over 20 years of leadership experience, he is passionate about empowering his team with the knowledge to help customers make informed decisions on roofing, siding, gutters, and windows.
Outside of work, José is actively involved in his community, coaching youth sports and promoting healthier choices for young people. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Melinda, and their children, participating in family activities and outdoor adventures. José holds a BA in Community Psychology and Health Promotions from SMSU, and brings extensive experience in Sales Management and Customer Service.

In my spare time, I enjoy hunting and exploring the trails and lakes. I'm also involved in the local wrestling program, assisting with teams from the youth level up to high school. I'm excited to assist you with your upcoming roofing project!

Hey everyone, Chad here with Hayward Roofing! This will be my fourth season with the company. My main role involves handling material and dumpster deliveries, and I occasionally make quick trips for urgent items. I’ve spent most of my life in Hayward, and like many of you, I love taking advantage of the outdoor recreational activities the area has to offer. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

I enjoy being outdoors, whether it’s loading and delivering materials to job sites or driving the big trucks, including the roll-off truck, to keep things moving smoothly. In my free time, you’ll find me hiking, kayaking, or tackling projects around my own home. I love staying active and being hands-on, both at work and in my personal life!

Hi, I'm Dawn! My husband and I live in the Fairmont area, where we've raised our three daughters and are now love to spoil our grandkids. Family is everything to us. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors, enjoying family moments, thrifting, dancing, and singing along to loud music on my drive to work to kickstart my day... and of course, spending time with my roofing family!

Annie is the Marketing Specialist and Social Media Manager for Hayward Roofing. Originally from the Twin Cities area, Annie has called Martin County home for the past 10 years. She and her husband were married in 2018 and celebrated the arrival of their twins in February 2024. Outside of spending time with her family and staying active on social media, Annie is passionate about coaching gymnastics and can often be found in the gym, working with her athletes.
