Jess handles all the essential tasks that keep our operations efficient and organized. When she’s not working hard to support the team, she enjoys spending time with her children and exploring new places through travel. Her commitment and passion are truly the backbone of our success.

Zach, the Operations Manager at Hayward Roofing, oversees projects, coordinates deliveries, and ensures a smooth roofing schedule. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and fishing.

Hello, I'm Trent, a sales professional with Hayward Roofing. Originally from South Central Wisconsin, I've made Hayward my home for the past few years. In my spare time, I enjoy hunting and exploring the trails and lakes. I'm also involved in the local wrestling program, assisting with teams from the youth level up to high school. I'm excited to assist you with your upcoming exterior project!

Matt is a dedicated sales representative at Hayward Roofing who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-first approach to every project. He enjoys helping homeowners understand their options and strives to make the entire process straightforward and comfortable. Outside of work, Matt loves spending time outdoors and following sports.

As General Manager, Annie helps keep our teams connected, our customers taken care of, and our companies moving forward. She loves talking with homeowners about our products and services and helping them feel confident about their exterior projects. Known for always having a smile on her face, Annie brings a positive, people-first approach to everything she does.

Outside of work, Annie stays plenty busy with her husband and their boy/girl twins. She loves spending time with her family and being part of the local communities we serve.

Chelsea enjoys spending time outdoors, participating in sports, with golf being her favorite pastime, as well traveling to experience new places and perspectives. She brings strong organizational skills, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented mindset, along with clear communication and a proactive approach to getting things done timely and efficiently.

Chloe is excited to be part of the Albert Lea Roofing team as a Marketing Assistant and looks forward to growing in her role while helping showcase the people and projects that make the company special.

Outside of work, Chloe’s favorite role is being a mom. She loves spending time with her daughter, whether they’re baking something sweet, getting creative with arts and crafts, or simply enjoying time together. Chloe also enjoys being with close friends and family—especially when it involves relaxing around a fire or spending time at the campground.

Marcus has spent most of his life in the construction industry, gaining experience on various crews, working in sales for different contractors, and eventually creating Local Roofing. He is now focused on training, supporting, and managing the team here. Outside of roofing, Marcus has a strong passion for investing in rural community businesses and real estate opportunities. He is married to his wife, Alisa, and together they have three young children: Edwin, Esme, and Elon.
